Account Deletion Request

At SpeakOnIt, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can request to delete your account and all associated information at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In-App (Recommended)

Open the SpeakOnIt mobile app.
Tap on your Profile (top right icon on the Dashboard).
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
Tap the "Delete Account" button.
Confirm your choice in the popup dialog.

Your account and all associated data will be wiped immediately from our production servers.

Method 2: Manual Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual deletion by contacting our support team:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Required Info: Please send the request from the email address associated with your SpeakOnIt account.

What Data is Deleted?

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Personal Information (Name, Email, Profile Picture).
Learning Progress (Completed stories, Mastered expressions).
XP, Streaks, and Achievement data.
Notification preferences and device push tokens.

Note: Anonymized diagnostic logs and financial records (from Google Play / App Store) may be retained for the minimum period required by law.
