"Speak On It" provides language learning tools, including stories, flashcards, and exercises. You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Certain features may require an account or a paid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions are managed via third-party providers such as Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/302 (the "Geo-blocking Regulation"), we do not discriminate against customers within the European Economic Area (EEA) based on their nationality, place of residence, or place of establishment. All EEA customers have access to the same general conditions of access to our Service as provided to local customers in the countries where the Service is available.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
